Looks like another beautiful day. We're going to try start our Rib excursion as close to 4:30 as possible so I can be back for my 8:00 pm voice lesson. If not, oh well.
Decided to sleep in this morning since I'm hiking tonight and get up to exercise tomorrow when I can't do anything in the evening due to the annual ACT meeting.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 c blueberries, 21 g strawberries, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
11:45 am 1/4 c sweet/sour chicken, 1/4 c mushroom chicken, 1/2 c rice noodles, 2 crab rangoon, 1 veggie egg roll, 1/4 c veggies w/chicken, 1 sugared donut, 1 fortune cookie
1:15 pm Fudge swirl ice cream cup, 1 pc pecan kringle
9:30 pm 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
Exercise:
5:10-7:10 pm Hike Rib Mountain plus tower
9:10-9:25 pm Walk home from Suzuki
