Finally some sunshine again! Yesterday's partly-cloudy promise amounted to a few precious minutes when the clouds parted a little before resuming their depressing blanket. I sure hope it's sunny in the mountains.
Hope you're getting some relaxation in along with your move preparations. I was pleased that you made homemade taboulleh. Nice that you're cooking again.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 161 g strawberries, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:00 pm Blueberry soy shake, slice whole wheat toast, 1 tbl nutella, 1 c blueberries
2:45 pm Large soft pretzel
4:45 pm 4 oz sparkling apple-mango juice
7:15 pm Half enchilada, green salad w/chopped tomato and green pepper, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
