Found an old video Hips and Thighs of Steel 2000 that had somehow migrated upstairs by Michael's video game stack. Did it this morning and remembered that it is a real thigh-killer. Lots of lunges and squats as well as other thigh exercises. It will make a good addition to the repertoire.

Hiking at Rib on the agenda for tonight for those overworked thighs. Hope they're back to shape by then.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1 c blueberries, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:15 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice wheat toast, 1 tbl nutella, 118 g cucumber slices
1:45 pm French butter cookie
3:45 pm 2 lightly salted rice cakes
7:00 pm 1/4 cranberry nut trail mix
8:30 pm 1/2 c egg noodles, 3 oz beef, mushroom gravy, 1/2 c green beans w/almonds, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk

6:00-8:00 pm Hike Rib plus tower
