Muscles are feeling well-used after workout this morning. Somehow having Mon/Tues off (even though we did significant hiking those days, I didn't get up early to work out), it made getting up for early workouts easier Wed/Thurs/Fri.
Forecast for tonight calls for 1 to 3 inches of snow. Please send 89-degree temps fast!

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 154 g strawberries, coffee
9:00 am 1 orange jelly bean, piece sugar free orange gum
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, 1/2 blueberry scone, 159 g strawberries
1:45 pm 1 chocolate square
3:15 pm 17 g M&M peanut butter eggs
