Felt mighty good to fall into bed last night after the long day. Had a chunk of the yummy walnut coffee cake for breakfast and will take a big chunk to Grandma this morning. It's not a huge cake so there are maybe 4 -6 servings left. Not sure if I'll figure out who to share it with or eat it up a little at a time.
Picnic was very nice- great weather for a change. Then I thoroughly enjoyed an hour resting on my chaise lounge in the sun. Then came in and watched the first Star Wars. Have to get in the mood for the big concert in July.
Food:
8:15 am 88 g walnut coffee cake, 8 oz Simply Orange juice
12:00 pm 4 oz roast pork, 1 tbl BBQ sauce, bun, 1 c fruit salad, 2 baby carrots, handful potato chips, large frosted brownie, 2 12-oz cans diet Pepsi
2:15 pm 1/4 c dark chocolate covered cranberries
5:45 pm 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 2 c kettle corn
