Tues 11 May

Rainy and cold, high only about 43 today. At least it's not snowing again - yet.

Scale was up this morning after all the heavy eating of late, no surprise. Time to scale back on food and turn up the exercise.



Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 190 g strawberries, coffee
12:45 pm Vanilla soy shake, small caramel pecan roll, Brown Cow 0% plain Greek yogurt, 59 g fresh pineapple
4:45 pm 2 c kettle corn
6:00 pm 3.95 oz country style ribs, 1/2 c brown rice, 1/2 c roasted parsnips, 10 oz light original soy milk
