Another Monday, Another Show..... Hopefully this will be a good week. I don't know, my honeydew is a little fermented. Is that a good omen or a bad?

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 honeydew melon, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, 1 pc outrageous rhubarb coffee cake, small pear, 184 g humongous strawberries
1:30 pm Mint hard candy, 1 LifeSaver
6:30 pm 1/4 c cinnamon almonds
8:15 pm 3 oz extra lean ground beef, EarthGrains 100% whole wheat sandwich thin, 1 tbl ketchup, 1 c spinach, 1/4 c chopped cucumber, 1/8 c chopped green pepper, 3 cherry tomatoes, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, .65 oz shortbread cookie
Exercise:
5:00-6:10 am Jane Fonda Complete workout, upper, lower, abs and aerobics
5:30-7:30 pm Hiking Rib Mt plus tower
