Slept in this grey morning and planning a pretty laid-back day. I want to start organizing my packing for Scotland, and I may re-watch some of the Outlander DVDs. Gilfry retirees meet for lunch at Wooden Chair today, so I'll try to motivate to get out and join them. Food: 8:45 am Raisin brioche, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 101 g blackberries, coffee 11:55 am Slice Omega 3 bread, 1 tbl PB, 1 tbl red raspberry jam, 1 med banana 1:00 pm Kettle corn, piece peppermint bark Exercise: 3:20-4:25 pm Jessica Smith walking DVDs
