Wed 18 May

It is so energizing to see the bright sunshine when you get up and not have the air feel so cold, especially knowing that it will continue for at least several days. It means I need to be vigilant watering plants, and probably mowing the lawn more frequently, but it's a pleasure to be outdoors when it's nice out. Food: 7:30 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee 11:50 am Slice Omega 3 bread, 1 tbl pb, 1 tbl red raspberry jam, 102 g raspberries Exercise: 8:55-9:25 am Treadmill 9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
