Wed 11 May

A grey and dreary sort of day, but Wednesdays are always full, so not really a problem. Didn't get to packing the suitcase yesterday, but did get the backpack mostly set up and made a list of where to eat each day so I did get some things accomplished. Also French and exercise. Food: 7:40 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 100 g blackberries, coffee 11:15 am Slice Omega 3 bread, 36 g cheddar cheese, 1/4 tbl butter, med banana Exercise: 8:55-9:25 am Treadmill 9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
