Chilly day, a little more snow, winter clings for dear life. We would gratefully let it go.
Heather's birthday lunch at Guu's this noon. I'm taking her out for dinner next Tuesday evening.
Food:
7:45 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 103 g blackberries, coffee
12:15 pm 1/2 4-cheese grilled cheese sandwich, waffle fries
3:00 pm 1 Anzac biscuit, 21 g peanut butter M&M eggs
6:45 pm Baked tilapia filet w/olive oil & balsamic, 1/2 c bulgur w/golden raisins, 1/2 c steamed broccoli
Exercise:
9:00-9:25 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
