I was exhausted most of the day yesterday from the added time at the gym. Hopefully my body will adjust soon to the new Friday routine. Nothing in particular on the agenda today except the first indoor Farmer's Market of the season. Food: 8:00 am 1/2 c Quaker Oat Squares, 101 g blackberries, coffee 11:00 am Cherry danish, 6 oz pumpkin cider kombucha 3:55 pm 1 stroopwaffel Exercise: 1:00-2:15 pm Walk to Schmeeckle lake
