Big snowfall yesterday, probably about 6-8 inches down. The world looks white and wintry today.
Discovered the start of a bunions on my feet, especially the right one, probably from walking weird with the knee injury. Seems to minimize if I spread my toes more when I stand so I suspect I had been instinctively curling my feet in against discomfort. I will try to keep my toes spread out all day when standing or walking, and it actually gives me a better base of support.
Food:
7:50 am Cherry danish, 101 g blackberries, coffee
Exercise:
9:00-9:20 am Upper body machine work
9:25-9:45 am Stretching routine
10:00-11:00 am Pilates class
