Knee feels better so far today; I'll likely agree to walk with Kathy this morning and just take it gently. Hope it doesn't feel too cold outside
Food:
7:45 am 1 c Maple Crunch cereal, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:30 pm 2 scrambled eggs, hot cross bun
Exercise:
8:30-10:00 am Walk w/Kathy Mead loop
