Happy that scale is continuing to fall gradually. Could explain why I feel a bit tired if I'm finally dropping a bit of weight. Today is for laundry and Pilates, and maybe I'll sneak in a walk as well.
Food:
8:00 am Aldi blueberry muffin, 101 g blackberries, coffee
Exercise:
10:05-12:15 pm Solitary walk Mead route
