Buen dia! Sun is shining, only 3 days to finish up my current job before moving on. We will come down on Saturday, but not on Friday night to hit the farmer's market. Just too many expenses for an extra night's hotel room. I'll let you know when I get info from Megumi on times for Saturday.

7:00 am 1/2 c Cranberry Trail Mix Crunch cereal, 4 oz light vanilla soy milk, 150 g strawberries, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, rhubarb muffin, 150 g strawberries
2:45 pm 4 c kettle corn
6:30 pm 2 oz whole wheat spaghetti, 1/2 c Prego, 1 tbl olive oil, 1/2 c chopped green pepper, 1/3 c chopped onion, 1/3 c chopped fresh mushrooms, 1 tbl shredded parmesan, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
8:45 pm 1 peanut butter oatmeal cookie (I baked a batch to treat my old coworkers at my last staff meeting tomorrow)
