Wow, was it hard to get out of bed this morning. Just didn't wanna. It's almost noon and I'd still rather be sleeping.


Food:

7:00 am 1/2 c peanut butter granola, 6 oz homemade yogurt, 162 g strawberries, coffee
11:45 am Medium banana, 2 oz nonfat vanilla soy milk, chocolate soy shake
2:30 pm 100 calorie espresso cookies
4:30 pm 2 c kettle corn
8:45 pm McDs Filet O Fish sandwich, 12 oz nonfat vanilla soy milk
