11:45 am Medium banana, 2 oz nonfat vanilla soy milk, chocolate soy shake
2:30 pm 100 calorie espresso cookies
4:30 pm 2 c kettle corn
8:45 pm McDs Filet O Fish sandwich, 12 oz nonfat vanilla soy milk
