7:00 am 1/2 c peanut butter granola, 6 oz homemade yogurt, 6 oz OJ, coffee
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, scone
2:00 pm 2 wintergreen LifeSavers
4:00 pm 1 Dove egg
6:30 pm 4 oz ground sirloin burger, 1/2 tsp Lipton onion soup mix, 1 tbl curry ketchup, bun, 1/2 c Bourbon n Brown Sugar Grillin' Beans, 1 c romaine hearts, 1/2 c chopped red pepper, 12 oz fat free vanilla soy milk
