Wed 28 May

So much nicer to sleep all night! Scale has resolved the little jump right before the weekend, but not quite back down to where it was. I expect it will be easier to get back into the routine as I catch up on sleep.


Food:

7:00 am 1/2 c peanut butter granola, 6 oz homemade yogurt, 6 oz OJ, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, medium banana, 2 oz nonfat vanilla soy milk
1:30 pm 1/2 piece rhubarb pie
6:15 pm 1 pork chop, 1/2 serving Gruyere Rosti, 1/2 c sliced beets, 12 oz nonfat vanilla soy milk


Exercise:

5:20-5:55 pm Cardio Hula DVD
6:50-7:30 pm Brisk walk
