Sun 4 May

Last concert today, then party at Morrissey's. Michael and the Pacelli crew plan to come to the party, so I guess we'll go too. We're pitching in with the group for party sub platter, so food shouldn't be too unhealthy. And I should have time to exercise after I get home.

I was so exhausted yesterday I went to bed around 8:30. Not sure why I felt so wiped out unless it was from eating a lot of stuff.
I do feel better today for a good long rest. Probably had to do more with a very busy weekend on top of a stressful week. With another stressful week, including the big job change day on Thursday, ahead.

If we're lucky, we may get to stay in the Carriage House on the same land as the farmhouse where the rest of the LeGault crew are staying over Memorial Day. It is a working horse ranch with several buildings. Val and Kate may take the bunkhouse. I'll let you know when I get a response.

Read a Mexican food guide on SparkPeople in preparation for Cinco de Mayo. Did you know a cheese quesadilla has about 900 calories? Cheese enchiladas are closer to 1000! Yipe!!! Best choices are a chicken fajita or shrimp taco when eating Mexican, or gazpacho if you can get it.

Concerts done - no more Kevin! Yay!

8:00 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, homemade Hot Cross Bun (Linda Kausokonis')
12:00 pm 2 crepes, 3/4 c sliced banana, 12 oz OJ, coffee
5:00 pm 1 c kettle corn
5:30 pm 4" turkey sub w/tomatoes, lettuce, 1/2 c corn salad, 1/2 c broccoli salad, 8 small Tostitos, 1/4 c salsa, small chocolate chip bar, 3 oz chardonnay
8:30 pm 4 c kettle corn
