A particularly good batch of homemade yogurt this time. Nice.

I have to meet a new client with her probation officer this morning at 7:30 in Plover. Hope I can find the place on time.

Busy morning! Met 3 new clients and missed another one because the probation officer talked so long I was late getting back to the office.

Food:

6:30 am 1/2 c peanut butter granola, 6 oz homemade yogurt, 6 oz OJ, coffee
12:00 pm 64 g sourdough bread, 1 tsp margarine, strawberry/banana soy shake
2:30 pm Slice confetti angelfood cake w/icing
4:30 pm 2 c kettle corn
6:00 pm 64 g sourdough bread, 1 tsp margarine, 4 slices Land o'Frost Honey Ham, 2 slices reduced fat provolone, 12 oz fat free vanilla soy milk
6:30 pm 8 Mint Crisp M&Ms
8:30 pm 1 tsp brown sugar, straight up

Exercise:

4:45-5:15 pm Partial Pilates mat
6:25-6:40 pm Walk to Suzuki
7:40-7:55 pm Walk home
