Thurs 11 Mar

I don't know if it's because my blood pressure is usually very low in the mornings, but doing Prog 4 on the treadmill was a killer today. I only had a short time for exercise as I have to leave at 7:00 am for a conference in the Dells so I decided a half hour on the treadmill was in order. My heart was really thumping and I had to slow the pace down on the machine a bit twice. When I went up to the bathroom about 15 min later, my face was still flushed.



Food:

6:30 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 139 g strawberries, coffee
9:15 am 6 oz orange juice
11:45 am 3 oz chicken breast, 1/3 c mashed potatoes w/1/4 c cream gravy, 1/2 c stuffing, 1 c mixed steamed veggies, 2 glasses unsweetened iced tea
2:45 pm Chocolate chocolate chip cookie, can diet Coke
4:45 pm 1 Irish chocolate
7:15 pm 3.3 oz rotisserie chicken, Arnold's whole wheat sandwich thin, 2 mint Oreos

5:00-5:30 am Treadmill prog 4
