Tues 30 Mar

Scale is slowly returning to normal, body is getting reaccustomed to exercise, still have slight vestiges of a tan (if you look closely). I've got to write up a blog entry on the cruise before it flies too far from my mind.

Depending on how the weekend goes, it's possible I may not cook the Easter ham dinner this year. Michael is tentatively planning to go camping with his buds to Devil's Lake, though he promises he will come home in time for church and brunch with Grandma on Sunday morning. If Megumi and clan don't plan to come, dinner would just be Dad and I and Grandma, hardly a group to handle the usual spread. I don't usually invite Leone and Mick for that dinner. Grandma was actually the one who said that if Megumi doesn't come, why bother, so I don't think she'd feel badly. We're planning Bernard's brunch on Sunday.


Food:

7:00 am 3/4 c Kashi Toasted Berry Crumble, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 132 g strawberries, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
12:15 pm Chocolate soy shake, hot cross bun, 1/2 red pepper, 162 g strawberries
4:00 pm Nabisco 100 cal cookie crisps
