Found a "new" Jane Fonda video that's actually a compilation of other videos. It's called Fat Burners and combines aerobic routines from 4-5 different videos, some of which I have and others I don't. It runs 50 min with warm-up and cool down and is a nice variety.
Left shoulder is a little sore this morning, no good reason why. I think I toss and turn more and don't sleep as restfully when it's warm. I got the shower to the perfect temp this morning, just warm enough not to be cold, but cooler than my body temp so it felt very relaxing after sweaty exercise.
Food:
7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 153 g strawberries, coffee
11:30 am Chocolate soy shake, 64 g cranberry orange scone, 91 g fresh mango
3:15 pm Keebler 100 cal Fudge Stripe cookies
5:00 pm Mango/Mandarin iced tea in 32 oz water
6:00 pm 5.2 oz lean beef burger, Arnold's whole wheat sandwich thin, 1 tbl ketchup, med tomato, 10 oz light original soy milk
