I love how quickly Friday arrives when you have a short work week. And next week you have only 3 days! You must be very excited, especially with Europe to follow.
It was especially hard to get up to exercise again this morning, but I again got the better of the impulse to stay in bed. Hope this is a temporary bump in the road; I'd hate to have to argue with myself every morning.

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 mammoth cantaloupe, 76 g strawberries, 59 g blueberries, coffee
12:00 pm Vanilla soy shake, 88 g blackberries, 103 g cucumber slices, Yoplait Delights chocolate raspberry parfait, molasses cookie
3:45 pm 2 Necco Canada mints
4:45 pm 1/2 caramel apple
5:45 pm 12 oz frozen margarita, chips/salsa, 12 med shrimp ala diabla, 1/4 c Mexican rice, 1/4 c shredded lettuce, 1 thin tomato slice, 1 6" flour tortilla
6:30 pm Sundae Shoppe frozen fudge pop
