Blogger has been down all day until now, so I'm late getting the early part of the day online. Weather here has been on and off rainy/sunny and quite cool. Hope yours has cooled down so you can eat and stop making your mother nervous that you're becoming anorexic.
Did some baking tonight since we didn't get out hiking. Got grocery shopping done, then made rhubarb pecan muffins (still in oven) and rhubarb upside down cake with a lemon cake mix. The latter is tasty, I will attest. I plan to take some of it to work tomorrow so we don't have a whole cake tempting us at home.
Food:
7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 4 oz light original soy milk, 85 g blackberries, 123 g strawberries, coffee
12:30 pm Spelt oatmeal scone, chocolate soy shake, large banana
3:30 pm 1 Tootsie Roll midgee, 1 LifeSaver, 1 breath mint
6:45 pm 3 oz grilled chicken breast, Goya bitter orange marinade, 1/8 c chopped zucchini, 2 cherry tomatoes, 1/8 c chopped onion, 1/8 c sliced pineapple, 1/2 c brown rice, 12 oz light original soy milk
9:10 pm Piece rhubarb upside down cake
