I'm geared up for a couple of rain-free days promised by the weatherman, though I rarely believe him. Planning to hike tonight. Muscles have been a little sore all over lately, but hopefully I'll forget about that when I get outside hiking in some decent weather. I even saw a weekend forecast for sunny and warm, but I'll believe it when I see it.

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 167 g strawberries, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, slice Trader Joe's multigrain fiber toast, 1 tbl Nutella, 68 g red pepper slices, 82 g blackberries
2:15 pm Small brownie
4:45 pm Slice raspberry coffee cake
8:15 pm 5 grilled BBQ shrimp, 1/2 c brown rice w/craisins, 1/2 Uno breadstick, 87 g blackberries, 127 g fresh pineapple, 12 oz light original soy milk
