It was hard to get up early for ballet, but I refused to listen to the little personal demon telling me to sleep a little longer and skip it today. That would be worse than the occasional poor eating choices to put me on the road back to weight gain. Hoping to get some great hikes in on the North Shore as well as some good yummies.

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 100 g blueberries, 87 g blackberries, coffee
