Twas the day after Christmas.... So nice to wake up when I was ready to wake up instead of to an early alarm. Looking forward to the day in Madison today, catching a bit more fruit and perhaps some post-holiday bargains.
Had fun lunching on Indian buffet followed by shopping in Madison. Picked up my free spice gift at Penzey's. Bought a few unneeded but very reasonably-priced treats to supplement the bounty at home. Got home around 8 pm.
Food:
7:45 am Butterhorn, chocolate-covered lebkuchen
8:30 am 2 eggnog pancakes, 1 tsp soft margarine, 1 tbl maple syrup, 1/2 grapefruit, coffee
11:45 pm 3 oz white meat turkey, satsuma mandarin, 2 molasses cookies
1:45 pm Indian buffet
4:45-remainder of evening 2 dark chocolate-covered marshmallows, 2 dark chocolate sea salt caramels, grocery store samples
