I believe we have a few more warm days in the forecast before it turns back to winter again. Just to remind us of what we're leaving behind. Hopefully the winter won't interfere with travel.
Food:
7:35 am Apricot danish, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:00 pm 35 g Jarlsberg, 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 100 g raspberries
Exercise:
8:40-8:55 am Walk to UWSP
9:00-10:00 am Pilates class
10:05-10:20 am Walk home
