Missing another walk with Kathy today as she still has that nasty cold hanging on, poor thing. She is supposed to fly out to NYC on Saturday morning, so I'm praying she is finally able to shake it. I have been so fortunate so far that the cold has come knocking but hasn't yet been admitted. I need to remain vigilant in self-care. Mary Hofer is coming for lunch today. I think I may bake a Betty Crocker coffee cake this morning and a frittata for lunch. I have plenty of eggs and some peppers, mushrooms, onions, perhaps even some avocado. Sounds good to me.
