Last night's rehearsal with the choir was infinitely better for our sectional the previous night. I'm feeling okay about this weekend's concerts now.
Looks to be another sunny, pleasant day. Hope to get some outdoor walking in along with the gym and laundry before performance.
Food:
7:40 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee
10:55 am Anzac biscuit
12:22 pm 2 slices eggy French toast w/maple syrup
Exercise:
9:00-9:25 an Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
