Syttendai Mai isn't a big deal in this not-too-Scandinavian neck of the woods. I always think of Brad, the lone proud Norwegian that I know. I would happily eat a lease or a rosette to celebrate with the Norwegians. Likely to be an on-again, off-again rainy day today, so not likely to be good for hiking. I'm glad we didn't go yesterday as the sudden humidity was enough to rob your energy. I can pretty definitely say that I wouldn't have made the whole course before dropping. Food: 7:40 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 100 g blackberries, coffee 12:15 pm 2 slices Omega 3 bread, butter,1 tbl PB Fit, baby carrots Exercise: 8:55-9:25 am Treadmill 9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
