Looks like the rain/storms have stopped so Kathy and I will be able to walk as usual this morning. I'm going to try to remember to do a webinar from the Mental Health network at 11 today. Last couple I registered for I was either out of town or plain forgot.
Food:
7:15 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 102 g blackberries, coffee
12:00 pm 1 White Gull Inn leftover granola pancake w/syrup, baby carrots
Exercise:
8:00-9:25 am Walk w/Kathy
2:45-3:30 pm Walk to library and back
