Attended the Suicide Prevention meeting and was also invited by another member to stay for the Walk for Hope committee meeting, so I guess I am also joining that group. Volunteered to help with the CIP training in September at Holiday Inn. Discovered I can't attend the free training in October because we will still be in Utah. Food: 7:20 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 102 g blackberries, coffee 10:45 am 2 Anzac biscuits 12:00 pm 2 hard-boiled eggs, 100 g blackberries 3:30 pm 1 Anzac biscuit Exercise: 3:30-4:20 pm Walk to library and back
