Happy 33rd anniversary to my loving husband, and Happy 77th to Mom and Dad in heaven and Happy ? to Gordon and Catherine as well.
Another sunny, lovely day. Gym, laundry, and Walk WI prep on the agenda for the day. I also should prep a bit for cantoring at 8 am on Sunday, especially since Dave R sent me an email asking how I'd like to structure things since I did not attend the Tues evening practice (and he did).
Food:
7:35 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:00 pm Hard-boiled egg, 10 slices cucumber w/peel, slice rhubarb bread
Exercise:
8:55-9:25 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
