I have a massage scheduled this afternoon, and although it seems quite soon after last month's, we did this to be close to Walk WI. It will be nice to have the leg muscles receive some extra attention. Otherwise, my schedule today is free. Might try to hike tonight and then try out the Back When Cafe in downtown Wausau. Food: 7:45 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 102 g blackberries, coffee 11:50 am Slice Omega 3 toast w/butter, hard-boiled egg, 1/2 c sliced cucumber w/peel, 4 oz blueberry whole-milk yogurt Exercise: 9:55-10:45 am Walk to Schmeeckle
