Today's the day for the full Walk Wisconsin marathon, and I'm delighted that it isn't raining. Sky is a bit grey and cloudy and temps are already almost 70. I'm glad we start nice and early. Food: 6:05 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee Exercise: 7:00-4:20 pm Walk 26.2 miles!
