Starting to feel more like myself again today. I really think having Pilates the day after Walk WI helped loosen up the hips and stretch the muscles. Will be interesting to see how the treadmill and Body Pump feel today.
Food:
7:45 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee
11:50 am Hard-boiled egg, slice brioche loaf, 4 oz whole milk apple yogurt
Exercise:
9:00-9:25 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
