No plans this weekend except church either tonight or tomorrow morning, then cantoring again at 5 pm Sunday for the holy day. Scale is creeping up again slowly, likely due to overindulging in Christmas cookies so that needs to stop.
Food:
8:50 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 98 g blackberries, coffee
1:35 pm 1/2 grapefruit
2:30 pm 34 g manchego
3:15 pm 1 Ritz cracker, 1/2 tbl salmon spread
6:30 pm Chicken cacciatore (thigh), 1 c whole grain spaghetti, 3 oz apple strudel
