Pleased that my scale continues its very slow decline. About one more pound and I'll have lost the first ten; possible by Christmas yet. Food: 7:55 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 100 g blackberries, coffee 12:00 pm Turkey chili w/sour cream & cheese, 1 pfeffernuss 5:30 pm Leek and potato soup, slice limpa toast w/butter Exercise: 9:02-9:25 am Treadmill 9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
