Sunshine is back today, and a welcome sight it is! Looks like temps are going to steadily rise for the next week into the 60s, though today is still predicted at mid-50s. Yesterday I didn't go out at all except to the garage fridge to get the meat put away properly. It will be good to get back into the gym today after most of a week off.
Food:
7:40 am Perkins chocolate muffin, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:35 pm Slice Omega 3 bread, 1 tbl Jif, i tbl Bonne Maman berry jam, 1/4 med cantaloupe
Exercise:
8:55-9:20 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
