Better sleep last night, less gunk in sinuses and throat. Now that I don't have to worry about walking the full marathon tomorrow, I can relax and recover a bit easier.
Was going to hang laundry outside today, but I guess the rain is supposed to move in before I leave the gym, so dryer it is.
Food:
7:50 am Costco cinnamon roll, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:20 pm 1/2 c 2% cottage cheese w/chives, large tomato, slice Panera raisin bread w/butter & Bonne Maman peach preserves
Exercise:
8:55-9:20 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
