A better night's sleep last night as the gunk in my head is thickening a bit and didn't require as much nose blowing and coughing to wake me. I appreciate a little more restful sleep. Hope today will have a tad more energy. Food: 7:40 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee 12:45 pm 2 scrambled eggs, slice homemade whole wheat toast w/butter & Bonne Maman Wild Blueberry preserves, 100 g blueberries Exercise: 8:55-9:20 am Treadmill 9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
