Had a rough night sleeping last night, in spite of 12-hour sudafed. I slept in short spurts but frequently got up for water or to clear my head. Hoping that was the worst of it and I will improve from here.
Made it through Zumba but the better part of valor was to go home afterward without treadmill or Body Pump to rest.
Food:
6:40 am Coffee cake, 101 g blackberries, coffee
Exercise:
8:00-9:00 am Zumba class
