Thurs 23 May

Didn't need decongestant last night, but still had a lot of nose-blowing and coughing up of gunk throughout the night. Almost scared to say that I think I feel slightly better this morning. We'll have to see how the day goes. Food: 7:45 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee 12:45 pm 1/2 c 2% cottage cheese w/chives, slice homemade whole wheat bread w/Bonne Maman wild blueberry preserves, orange Exercise: 8:30-9:45 am Walk w/Kathy
