Much less gunk in the sinuses and throat last night - a hopeful sign. Got a lot of steps yesterday without excess fatigue. Might just be able to do this Walk Wisconsin thing on Saturday after all. Getting some of my energy back, but still had to tone down the weight a little for Body Pump. Food: 7:40 am Morning bun, 101 g blackberries, coffee 11:35 am Slice Omega 3 bread, 1 tbl Jif, 1 tbl Bonne Maman Wild Blueberry Preserves, large banana Exercise: 9:00-9:25 am Barre class 9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
