It's not raining this morning so I imagine Kathy and I will be able to walk today. I should do weight machines after Body Flow today also but no other commitments to consider.
Food:
7:45 am 1 c Maple Cluster cereal, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:30 pm 2 scrambled eggs, 1/2 chocolate chip scone, large peach
Exercise:
8:30-10:00 am Walk w/Kathy
10:30-11:30 am Body Flow class
11:35-12:00 pm Workout machines
