I see some sunshine today, most welcome, but it appears it will be somewhat warm and quite humid this week which is not as welcome. I plan to go to the gym today to do the machine work I couldn't bring myself to do yesterday, and then stay for Body Flow. Food: 7:45 am Bear claw, 101 g blackberries, coffee 11:35 am Small slice banana bread 12:55 pm 2/3 c 2% cottage cheese, concha, large peach 6:05 pm Cheese fries, apple, 1/2 cucumber Exercise: 10:00-10:25 am Machine workout 10:30-11:30 am Body Flow class
