Probably slept too long last night - 10.5 hrs. I'm still a little groggy waking up, but it was awfully nice to have the opportunity. Today shouldn't be overly busy - laundry and Saturday chores, vigil tonight at 8 (arrive early). I plan to cook a "mini-Easter dinner" for Dad and I today, but that is at our own pace.
Lovely walk in the sun, followed by a delicious dinner of grilled lamb chops and asparagus with cheesy potatoes for a hint of tradition. Washed down with Prairie Fume.
Food:
8:30 am 1/2 c TJ's blueberry muesli, slice fresh Amish friendship bread, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee
11:15 am 1 Butterfinger Nest Egg
11:30 am 1 100-cal pkg dark chocolate covered pomegranate
12:30 pm Light & Fit toasted coconut vanilla Greek blend yogurt, slice Amish bread, 1 c fresh spinach, 2 mini peppers
3:00 pm 1 Butterfinger Nest Egg
5:30 pm 5 oz Prairie Fume, 2 grilled lamb chops, 5 fat spears grilled asparagus, 3/4 c cheesy potatoes
